Working as a customer service representative at TaskUs for over a year and a half, I continuously provide excellent service to our clients. I communicate effectively, solve problems quickly, and collaborate with my team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. I enjoy the challenge and diversity of the tasks, and I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my performance.My interest in the field of oil and gas, energy and sustainability led me to pursue Bachelor of Science major in Petroleum Engineering at Batangas State University - The National Engineering University. I also gained valuable experience as an engineering intern at Melham Construction Corporation, where I worked on engineering-related activities and learned project management. I am passionate about exploring new opportunities that align with my values and goals which will allow me to apply my core competencies in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
