1. Set-up & maintenance of Clients’ chart of accounts, A/P, A/R, & Fixed Assets subsidiary ledgers;2. Prepare monthly balance sheets, P&L statements, Cash Flows to include detailed review before presentation;3. Review month-end G/L transactions for adjustments, reclassifications, & accruals ;4. Review of monthly bank reconciliation statements, sales tax & property tax returns;5. Review bi-monthly payroll expense and payroll taxes;6. Assist the clients’ external auditors in the preparation of schedules for year-end audit & taxes;7. If included in engagement, review clients’ internal control policies & procedures and make recommendations for improvements.

1. Primarily responsible for all Business Development aspects of the Accounting/Audit Firm;2. Partner in charge of engagements for management consultancy services specializing in small business management and development, international private school accounting; process improvements and change; policies and procedures; internal control assessments and improvements;3. Inter-phased with the clients to discuss client financial position, findings and recommendations for improvements, issues and possible areas that may need to be examined and evaluated further; as well as trainings and implementation of recommendations (if included in the engagement);4.
