I am a natural born philosopher and student of the human condition. I love to analyse personality types and observe character traits in people. Interested in what is going on behind the scenes, driven by curiosity of the differences that make us all unique. I work hard to not take things personally, being a very sensitive person, this is not always easy, but it has proven to be life changing! Everyone is indeed a prisoner of their own conditioning, and until they develop enough self-awareness, they will continue to be so!In this way I support the philosophy of - live and let live. Interference is not always helpful, to really assist people you must first truly see the person "as they are". You must know their strengths and limitations and what they are here for. Self-awareness is something I highly value. It is inspirational to see people analyse themselves and question their approaches to things. Above all, I think the individual nature needs to be respected first, before true communities can be developed.I also have an affinity with telling stories, which lead me to write scripts and short stories as well as an interest in Photography and Videography, for as they say a picture can tell a 1000 words. I love being able to tell a story through video editing together various sources of footage. This is the expression of my creative nature. It is important for every human to have some kind of creative expression for their health and well being, and I believe in encouraging people towards the expression that is right for them.Health and well being is the most important thing to me. I will prioritise my health and well being over most things in life. I am also interested in alternative forms of healing. Things like, power of the mind and intent, clearing emotional blocks, meditation, energy healing, wholistic medicine, lifestyle practices, healing power of foods, shadow work, prayer and ritual. I have a lot of experience exploring and experimenting with these things.
