I have a strong passion for the international business field, particularly in supply chain management and procurement. An example of a most memorable customer service is when a lady having trouble with placing an order over the website, I've stepped her through the process of placing an order over the phone, Within the call, I've really enjoyed the positivity I have brought to the customer know I can use my knowledge and skills and help other people.I see a corporate customer service position as an ideal next step for my career. It would allow me to further develop my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a more advanced setting.
