My role was to manage the team and collaborate with product managers for planning, budgeting and execution of all retail trade marketing activities.

My main responsibilities included the management of the product positioning, advertising campaigns and new product development. As well as leading the team of category managers and assistants, to ensure profitability of the division is being met per category by maintaining margin mix, pricing, and stock management.
