- Delivering detailed project plans for tactical activities and campaigns - Working with all marketing suppliers collaboratively to ensure value and results are achieved.-Ensuring flawless execution of key marketing campaigns including collaboratively working with all stakeholders to create campaign enlargement and ensure results are achieved.-Ensuring all activities undertaken are in line with the strategic focus, business objectives and brand status requirements.- Assessing the sales performance of retailers and identify opportunities to improve sales levels.- Monitoring, measuring and reporting Centre retailers marketing activities and providing marketing support where needed/requested and assist in maximising cross promotional opportunities.- Undertaking an analysis of centre sales and monitor and track performance against targets.- Assisting Centre Manager and Leasing teams by completing rent concessions and completing leasing assignments.- Measuring the effectiveness of tactical activity including quantitative and desk top research.- Developing forecast projections, and costing for the centres marketing strategy.- Undertaking analysis of market research findings (trade area analysis, segmentation, market share) to assist in the development of the centre marketing strategy.-Providing data on the impact of the overall marketing expenditures on the financial results and overall performance of the centre.- Working with market research specialists to develop market research briefs in keeping with the centre’s strategic marketing objectives.- Working in conjunction with the Centre Manager to develop the annual marketing strategy for the centre in line with corporate guidelines and obtaining stakeholder support.

- Meeting with retailers to obtain their support for Centre marketing programs.- Strengthening and developing the Food & Beverage strategy, working closely with the South Wharf Precinct Committee.- Assessing the sales performance of retailers and identifying opportunities to improve sales levels.- Managing and implementing a calendar of marketing activities which ensures that all activities are targeted towards identified key customer segments and sales categories.- Ensuring all activities undertaken are in line with the strategic focus, business objectives and brand status requirements.- Working with applicable agencies to grow database membership. Evaluating database membership required for relationship marketing activities by the Centre.- Identifying and implementing income producing/cost reducing opportunities including sponsorships.- Contributing to National Marketing projects as required by the National Marketing Team.- Measuring the effectiveness of tactical activity including quantitative and desktop research.- Undertaking analysis of Centre sales and monitor and track performance against targets.- A continuous learning of the Centres customers, segment opportunities and weaknesses.- Developing and implementing new marketing and promotional initiatives into the marketing strategy including national and local initiatives.- Development of budget projections and costing for the Centres marketing strategy. Monitoring, controlling and reporting on marketing budget expenditures.- Providing data on the impact of the overall marketing expenditures on the financial results and overall performance of the Centre.
