    As the Project Director, I directed and managed all aspects of the Storytelling Project, from the project backend creation to the adherence to budget, project scope and schedules, and timeline. I secured noncompetitive contract funding ($1M) for the Storytelling project for 9 years (2017-2026). Key Achievements▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬I led the Storytelling Project team through the Treasure Maps Roadshow project. a 5-city tour of a mini documentary film about Georgians with developmental disabilities. I produced a documentary film (release 2021), Hidden Voices podcast series (2019 & 2020), and led the team that collected 100 stories in written and photographic form. Also, I championed the gathering of stories from young people with disabilities in the nursing facilities and professionally packaged the stories to support the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities advocacy effort in the 2019 and 2020 legislative sessions, leading to the continuation of waivers despite a 14% agency budget cut during coronavirus and restoration of 100 Medicaid waivers.
