Since 2021 at Delfi Comunica, I’ve led the growth of the team from 2 to 8 members, focusing on digital communication. As Head of Business Development, I enhanced productivity and operational efficiency, leading to significant improvements in performance and workflow. I recruited and trained a highly skilled team from the ground up, implementing strategies that strengthened the agency's positioning and enabled sustained growth in high-quality projects.

I started with NewCells before the launch of their product into the local market. Today, the company operates both nationally and internationally, forming partnerships with renowned specialists in Regenerative Medicine. My responsibilities included leading the expansion strategy, developing key business alliances, managing strategic communication efforts, and ensuring that our brand's identity resonated with our target audience. I also played a crucial role in transforming our audience into loyal brand ambassadors, driving growth and enhancing our market presence

I redesigned Clara Altamirano’s corporate image, achieving visual coherence that increased her recognition on social media. I developed Instagram strategies that led to a 25% growth in followers and improved engagement. Additionally, I designed posts, stories, and visual documents for her courses, ensuring a professional user experience aligned with her personal brand.

Led the creation of content for Facebook and Instagram, driving engagement and visibility. Managed the production and logistics of five cultural events with a total attendance of 180 people, including two significant events at the Centro Cultural Roberto Fontanarrosa in 2021, which were the first post-quarantine. Developed a Health and Safety Protocol for these events, which was approved by the Secretaría de Cultura y Educación de la Municipalidad de Rosario.

Supervisé y gestioné tres equipos, compuestos por 15 personas en total. Me encargué de la resolución de conflictos, el monitoreo de tiempos de producción en cocina y la presentación en mesa. También gestioné la caja y realicé la revisión de stock para asegurar la eficiencia operativa durante el turno nocturno.

Servicio otorgado al cliente tras la venta teléfonica para confirmar datos, reunión con un asesor y resolución de dudas. De este modo se pretende fidelizar al cliente tras su primera compra.

Manejo de personal interno, trato directo con clientes y proveedores del evento.

Realizaba el diseño y edición de prospectos, etiquetas, cajas y envases de los productos. Así mismo realizaba la edición y producción de una revista mensual para los clientes y vendedores.Desarrollaba y gestionaba de redes sociales de la empresa. Como también me encargaba de la producción de folletería para eventos anuales y semestrales.
