- Defined roadmap for Shutterfly Share Sites, a platform that enables groups to create websites to share, collaborate, and communicate privately- Responsible for Shutterfly’s Share platform which allows users to share photos, videos, and projects to individuals and share to Facebook and other social networks- Redesigned Shutterfly iPhone and iPad apps to increase viewing and sharing- Launched Windows and Mac desktop photo uploader with the ability to downsample, decreasing storage cost and upload time

- Implemented A/B testing for Shutterfly Home page and registration page redesign- Collaborated with Sponsorship Team to integrate ads on key Shutterfly pages- Set up framework for capturing user information used to drive personalized emails and site experience

- Optimized the shopping experience for finding and comparing personal health insurance plans- Defined merchandising strategy on eHealth.com and defining algorithms to determine which health plans is best suitable for the user given the user's information- Created and managed Sponsorship Advertising Platform, which allowed health insurance companies to log in and bid for sponsorship spots on eHealth.com

- Responsible for managing the migration of the child support enforcement systems at several of California’s largest counties- Built two new products from the ground up, RAPID and iDocStore, payment processing workflow and management system combined with online document imaging and archiving; products integrated with California's child support enforcement system
