As a Financial Services professional with over thirteen years of experience, I managed to build a successful career without formal education in the industry. This career was built and crafted through courage, tenacity, and fortitude.I used to believe that my diverse career portfolio was a disadvantage rather than a display of my adaptability, drive, and versatility. Every one of the jobs I had over the years was intertwined into a colourful tapestry that represents the magnificence of change that leads to places you need but not necessarily want. The journey showed me that my greatest strength is turning a hazy vision or idea into clear results through practical, attainable, and actionable solutions. Simple and concise communication was the key while engaging with great care and empathy. Providing knowledge is a part of my job, but I make a concerted effort to assist my team members and the customers we serve by being thoughtful, considerate, and open-minded.In 2024, I returned to my role as a Team Lead with more skills and knowledge from working on various projects over the last 10 months.In the dynamic and progressive work environment I belong to, I learned that effective leadership involves empowering others through kindness, generosity, and humility.
