I am responsible for leading a caseload of persons with a disability and refugee clients. From intake to guiding them to a regular job within the society and coaching this caseload of people in their jobs and activities through advice, career counseling, education/ training, and assisting in confidential issues. Coaching, instructing, guiding and motivating the people. Furthermore, I coordinated projects of assimilation requirements of the refugees, sales projects (setting up the organisational sales strategy and planning), realigned processes of administration and quality to efficiency and effectiveness (lean) and other projects. Knowledge areas: Similar to previous jobs/ experience, combined with working for a new target group of people and management of quality in the area of processes. After spending many years in HRM and sales areas in employment services, I now spend most of my working time implementing all the knowledge gathered in these years to people with a distance to the labour market. When trying to create work for these people, there is only one way to success and that is creating jobs for the people from the perspective of the employer. There should always be a win-win situation, starting with the 'win'-situation for the employer. The challenge is to find the 'what's in it for me' of the employer and at the same time create work for the person with a distance to the labour market who has difficulties finding a job. I give advice to employers within this subject (Social & Environmental Responsibility entrepreneurship) by analysing their strategy and business set-up to create opportunities for people with disabilities on the one hand and business profits for the employer on the other hand. Specialties are: recruitment, jobcoaching, outplacement, jobcarving projects, learning & education and networking
