The company is the largest and the first company that employs machines to mass-produce jade accessories. There has been a trend of reviving historical items like the Hanfu (a garment worn by Ancient Chinese). I wish to continue this trend by adding a contemporary twist (like combining wood and metal) to jade designs. I believe that jade can be a popular fashion material as well. Thus, I worked with the company to refine traditional designs, let jade reach younger generations, and encourage people to embrace this unique stone that has been rooted in Chinese culture for thousands of years. Created a product that used the symbolic "feathers" in the Native Americans’ culture in jade designs and another best-selling series inspired by famous scenic areas in China (for example the Yunhe Terrace).Present for all phases of the initial packaging prototyping to the final launch – and performed competitive research as much as she contributed to the design work.
