• Lead the HR Operations team of three; hold weekly meetings, provide support, and delegate tasks • Assist in evaluating system functionalities to maximize efficiency and improve processes• Load mass data files in Workday for commissions, bonuses, job changes, stock grants, seat assignments, etc.• Create supervisory organizations, profiles, cost centers, etc. in Workday as needed• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics reports on company’s diversity, talent, and turnover• Assign security roles in Workday for various partner groups• Partner with the Compensation Team quarterly to launch merit cycles for employees’ promotions and refresh stock grants in Workday using Advanced Compensation tool (2500+ eligible employees)• Draft and execute test cases for new modules, releases, and functionalities in Workday; act as subject matter expert for new processes and configurations and work closely with HRIS analysts and various tech teams• Develop new internal processes or gather system requirements for system configuration; document and improve all existing processes on company intranet and create training materials for new hires and managers• Act as project manager and systems liaison for various HR initiatives such as harassment training and company-wide Engagement and Manager Feedback surveys twice a year (4000+ employees)

• Off-board all employees departing voluntarily by conducting exit interviews and sending separation agreements• Lead the implementation of employee on-boarding and exit surveys through CultureAmp, including both process and survey design• Present company policies and regulations to all new hires in monthly orientations • Assist HR Generalist and Business Partner with talent and performance management and various employee relations issues• Collaborate with various teams across departments to ensure compliance with different processes including promotions, internal transfers, terminations, etc. • Support HRBPs, Compensation Analysts, and people managers during quarterly Advanced Compensation Planning process • Continue to aggregate and analyze all monthly and quarterly talent and turnover data for metrics reports as it relates to attrition trends• Act as liaison between HR Operations team and Client-Facing HR team to ensure the right level of support for all managers and employees
