As the Marketing Art Director I'm responsible for leading the visual marketing and communications team at SweetRush. Working with a human approach, I try to inspire, empower, and guide my teammates to constantly evolve and together, elevate the visual style and quality in our design work. As part of this team, I need to collaborate and be aware of the marketing strategy and best practices to blend and integrate visual communication with other disciplines, including writing, SEO, and project management. I also need to keep up with the new tendencies in the Learning and Development industry and the marketing nuts and bolts.

Esta agencia es una de las mas grandes del país y aqui mi labor principal era la de diseño conceptual de piezas en su mayoria, para mercados masivos. Aqui desarrolle habilidades en el retoque fotográfico, la diagramación y el arte final.

Rapp Collins es una empresa de Mercadeo Directo. Es un estilo de publicidad muy dinámico ya que integra desde la creatividad del envío o material, hasta los materiales, los estilos de impresión y el contenido del diseño para que sean piezas memorables. Esto me dio la oportunidad de conocer mas a fondo los sistemas de impresión, las tintas, los papeles, las cartulinas, los troqueles, entre otros.
