About Xe Irene Lim

Irene brings with her more than 10 years of on-the-field experience, well-honed with an established firm of Pan-Asian presence. Irene started her career as a customer service officer in the chemical industry, before entering the search industry in 2006. After 5 years in the industry, Irene went on to be a corporate recruiter but found that she missed the industry. Her corporate experience elevated her delivery skills and enhanced the customers’ experience with her. She returned to the search industry in 2012 with gusto and rekindled passion for her clients, and began to specialise in roles within the Industrial space. With that exposure and industry experience, Irene took on the supply chain & engineering specialisation.
