• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment function in Singapore and other Asia Pacific region• Establish strong partnership with HRBPs in understanding and delivering solutions to their staffing requirements• Work with Recruiter across the regions, using diverse recruitment applications and methodologies. • Execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract talents to meet the business needs • Support and manage the end to end process of recruitment projects and operational recruitment• Work with hiring managers on the advertisement related activities • Source and select effective recruitment channels and tools• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the right talents • Liaise with hiring managers on interview schedules.• Evaluate the effectiveness of each recruitment assignment and ensure KPIs are met• Liaise with hiring managers to provide recruitment solutions, service and advices • Partner with Corporate Communications Manager on Recruitment brochure and Employee Referral Scheme• Monitor staff movement, attrition, transfer and recruitment metrics for respective business units • Update in house tracking system for all hiring and costing involved• Manage the support system for talent management such as our websites, databases and systems • Update recruitment related manual, communication tools and organization charts • Headcount Projection, Reporting and Analysis• Negotiation of salary package and Manage candidate expectation• Preparation of appointment letters, work pass applications• New Hire’s Feedback Tracking• Other adhoc duties as assigned
