• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment function in Singapore and other Asia Pacific region• Establish strong partnership with HRBPs in understanding and delivering solutions to their staffing requirements• Work with Recruiter across the regions, using diverse recruitment applications and methodologies. • Execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract talents to meet the business needs • Support and manage the end to end process of recruitment projects and operational recruitment• Work with hiring managers on the advertisement related activities • Source and select effective recruitment channels and tools• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the right talents • Liaise with hiring managers on interview schedules.• Evaluate the effectiveness of each recruitment assignment and ensure KPIs are met• Liaise with hiring managers to provide recruitment solutions, service and advices • Partner with Corporate Communications Manager on Recruitment brochure and Employee Referral Scheme• Monitor staff movement, attrition, transfer and recruitment metrics for respective business units • Update in house tracking system for all hiring and costing involved• Manage the support system for talent management such as our websites, databases and systems • Update recruitment related manual, communication tools and organization charts • Headcount Projection, Reporting and Analysis• Negotiation of salary package and Manage candidate expectation• Preparation of appointment letters, work pass applications• New Hire’s Feedback Tracking• Other adhoc duties as assigned

• Business development to source for potential clients and business/hiring needs • Service contract negotiation • Relationship building, account management and understanding client requirements • Plan strategy and set direction for project delivery/search • Project delivery and management • Research on companies, candidates and invite potential candidates for interviews • Conduct interviews to shortlist suitable candidates • Prepare profile for shortlisted candidate and present to client • Coordinate client interviews • Manage candidates and clients effectively for successful case closures • Post-closure follow-up• Regularly follow-up with contract staffs• Assisting in payroll administration for contract staffs• Involved in work permit, S Pass and Employment Pass application • Credit management and collections

• Responsible for the entire recruitment/search process. • Conduct recruitment & selection activities at various levels including sourcing, interviewing & selecting suitable qualified candidates to meet clients' requirements • Develop and implement effective strategies and avenues to achieve staffing requirements of clients • Work with consultants across the regions, using diverse recruitment applications and methodologies. • Provide sound advice to candidates on their career directions and goals • Business development, account management and expansion of clientele base to build and maintain excellent rapport and strong business relationships with clients for continued recruitment business with each client • Responsible for the account servicing and recruitment activities to ensure quarterly KPIs are met • Develop business opportunities on recruitment projects with new corporate clients • Preparing letter of appointments for selected candidates and administering of offer packages • Payroll & Timesheet Management • Advising and updating clients and candidates on latest HR policies and practices • Credit management and collections • Involve in ad-hoc projects designated by the company
