I have had the privilege to project coordination experience within the UNESCO APCEIU and International NGO context for over 6 years. Currently I am the Branch manager supporting the implementation of the MASTERCARD FOUNDATION funded project aiming at accelerating impact for Adolescent girls and young women (AGYWs) In Tanzania. I am responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in the areas of project management, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management and fundraising. I serve as a liaison on project coordination and field operation matters to a team of 150 staff across the region including Bangladesh, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and Uganda.
