Working at the M Resort requires a high level of customer service as they aim to continuously upkeep their Forbes Four Star, Five Diamond rating. During my role as a PBX Operator I was constantly working, whether it be trying to tame a high queue of calls or working on projects for the Hotel/Casino. I was responsible for using an LMS Terminal to reserve rooms for our guests, for two hotels, processing wake up calls -- whether I was setting them up or calling the guests with a refreshing "Good Morning," and providing clear, friendly, and accurate information about what's going on in our Casino.

As a Guest Services Lead it was my duty to, not only help my team-members, but ensure that our guests are getting the Five Star experience they came for.During my role as a Lead Agent I would check our schedule twice a week and make room for furthermore appointments, increasing our revenue proceedings. With the experience I gained, came more responsibility; I would help train new hires, making sure they understood what needed to be done and assuring them they could always come to me for help with any questions they may have. Apart from that, I was responsible for sending in any email Lost and Found requests to the appropriate team, at each of our locations; placing calls when a high-value item had been misplaced. When I wasn't being a team lead, I was taking over my role as a Member Services Representative. If another agent had an escalated member on the phone, I would take the call and help deescalate the guest by providing them the assistance they needed in a friendly and understanding manner. This required placing holds on memberships, cancelling them if a hold was no longer an option, and even assisting guests by extending any expired benefits they had. I was a well-rounded employee who never failed to finish all the tasks required for the day.
