This led to a funded project which would standardize alpha numeric guest information data needed by the marketing department to plan market penetration and growth strategies at 4,000 hotels worldwide. Managed a project migrating and retiring a “Hyperion” database used to develop financial strategies for six brand name hotel groups. Collaborated with the Finance Director and IT stakeholders on program goals; restructured data to define performance parameters; and collaborated with consultants to examine the introduction of an alternate Data Warehousing Database and ETL (extract, transformation and loading) tool. Actions contributed to the introduction of an ETL solution and the selection of a new database.Managed a project to migrate a specialized Guest database into the corporate Data Warehousing system. Collaborated with the Marketing Director and teams to define migration parameters.
