Global HR role for Ingredients (one of the four Business Groups at FrieslandCampina (FC)), with 3700 employees in various locations in Supply Chain and Commercial. Ingredients is a global dairy ingredients provider in various segments such as baby, medical nutrition, pharma and sports nutrition. My main focus: develop our Ingredients organization in line with business growth ambitions - lead global HR team of 25 HRBP's - implement FC HR transformation program - HR lead for continuous improvement program in FC Manufacturing worldwide.
