I have a good and multifaceted past experience in organizing events, I have worked both on back office organization and on site. In my back office experience I have learnt how to use e-mails, ticketing tools, CRM softwares and both the Office and Adobe packages. On site I have often faced events during many hours, according to the costumer schedules and needs. This kind of working atmosphere often stresses you, with tight schedule, very few breaks and very demanding costumers. Furthermore, it is essential to have a great problem solving ability and to know how to steer in a team with many people.I had the pleasure to travel a lot and I had the chance to refine my language skills in English and Spanish. In Italy I have followed events in the most important cities (Florence, Rome, Milan, Naples, Sorrento, Gallipoli...) situating knowledge within relevant contexts and in lesser known towns, getting to know both the big and the small businesses in terms of hospitality, events and tourism.I have also had many professional experiences abroad, with events in USA, Greece, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal and France.My mother tongue is Italian, I fluently speak English and Spanish. I also speak Portuguese at a conversational level.
