- Handling learning and development programs for MIND ID holding companies' (PT INALUM, PT TIMAH Tbk, PT ANTAM Tbk, & PT BUKIT ASAM Tbk)- Managed end-to-end training processes, from handling requests and negotiating with vendors to organizing logistics and conducting post-training evaluations- Design and visualize learning syllabus materials and map learning courses based on the organizational competency framework for effective employee development- Actively participated as a key member of the team responsible for the Assessment Centre process in the Management Trainee hiring program.- Plan and execute employee engagement program/events- Conducted detailed observations of training participants in alignment with competency dictionary- Partnering with top universities and managing campus roadshow events in top universities- Assist in branding and attract talents for management trainee program- Evaluate and create report as well as recommendation for training programs based on training feedback

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for regular and management trainee positions- Work closely with hiring managers on recruiting top tier candidates- Conduct FGD for management trainee candidates- Conduct Management Trainee's assessment and handling candidate's database- Plan and organize company visit session for high school students for employer branding- Plan and organize off-boarding events for Kampus Merdeka Interns- Assist in managing campus hiring events in top universities all over Indonesia- Asisst on training session for employees- Manage and attend career fairs networking sessions with top universities to build a strong talent pipeline
