I am a PMP certified manager and have led numerous change projects for operational efficiency, management/regulatory reporting and data quality purposes; with over >15 years of experience in the Banking Industry in various departments. My key strength lies in my ability to make fast strategic judgement and decisions in the data domain. I started my career in Operations dealing with day to day client and product onboarding and maintenance; gradually I progressed through the ranks to specialize in project, change and data management within Finance and COO organization. I feel blessed in a way where I had encountered many opportunities in my roles to develop my soft skills; especially in leadership, communication, coaching and influencing. These skills greatly complement my strengths and enable me to achieve many wins throughout my career.
