Irene Ziebarth has been writing for clarity and persuasion for over 35 years.She was a hearing officer in Orange County, California for 16 years hearing property tax assessment appeals and authoring written opinions. For 15 years she was an arbitrator and mediator with JAMS (formerly the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) working in almost a dozen states and based in California and Washington, D.C. From 1985 to 1997 she practiced law with an emphasis on business, real estate, and construction defect litigation. During her trial and arbitration practice, she produced briefs and authored written opinions and published articles in dozens of business and legal magazines and newspapers. With a co-author, she presented two papers in international forums.
