My work as a team coach and workshop facilitator helps teams become high performing and have greater impact and success. Whether working virtually or in-person, I work with them to create better awareness, cohesion and results - more critical now that ever before as so many people operate in a team culture, whether it is virtual, multinational, or cross functional.I have held leadership positions and consulted with large corporations and start-ups and understand the skills and leadership acumen necessary to succeed in both. I was born and grew up in Ireland and studied in the U.K. One of my most thrilling early experiences was spending a year in the Middle East and Africa. A world traveler who loves learning about different cultures and languages, I especially enjoy working with global, culturally diverse, and international clients.
