The team successfully promoted 45% of Area Managers and double Senior Operations Manager staffing through internal promotions.- Top 5 in avoidance of misses across all of NACF network for critical Peak metrics involving customer reactive shipments going from building to building.

Developed a new team on Nights while working with new OB Sr Ops in Q3 to develop a plan to divide and conquer ownership for Q4 Peak execution.- Attrition Owner- Facilitate a focus to improve attrition which spiked about 3% leading into Q4, to below 2%. Re-focused the team on ADAPT delivery, New hire orientation, Engage awareness, and lunar delivery to decrease attrition despite onboarding of over 300 associates for 8 weeks straight.
