I am a professional instrument technician in the Indonesia’s Largest Complex Petrochemical PT CHANDRA ASRI which has 5 years experience in repairing, maintaining, testing, calibrating and installing industrial measuring and controlling instrumentation. Calibration intsrumentation at field, such as pressure transmitter, pressure switch, pressure gauge, temprature transmitter, temprature gauge, level transmitter (spring ballance type, nuclear level), level switch (fork type, floating type, nuclear level switch, capacitance switch), flow transmitter (Coriolis type), control valve, to meet appropriate standards. Repair and replace valve and valve accessories. Installed new transmitter, start from loop drawing design, pulling cable for signal and cable for power, hookup tubing, configured transmitter and calibrate transmitter. Repair blowback and big blaster system. Studied equipment manuals, loop drawings, piping and instrumentation design (P&ID) and logic drawing to determine corrective actions for repairs, calibrations and installations.
