• I am responsible for managing procurement activities I work in collaboration with Planning, R&D and Business Development department through the system requisitions. I perform the full progress for demands, including ordering the product to suppliers whose price is more competitive and the quality is the most suitable. I also contact to forwarders in order to manage the logistics and follow up the transportation. I make the Customs Clearence of the products by getting the needed documentations from suppliers. Also if it is needed I have applied to Ministry of Health to get the import permissions for the materials. I arrange customs broker for customs clearance. I send certificate of analysis and warn warehose about arriving goods. • As a part of my job I also work with the R&D Department for on new packing projects for new products on availability and the best supply of all materials. I supply samples from the selected sources with the specifications that RD needed. I make the Customs Clearance of the samples I also demand the needed documentation from the suppliers in order to use in Regulatory progress. I arrange transport agent choosing, also.
