Provide timely feedback to the HQ regarding the local best practices for channel development. • Supply Chain Management: Develop three month rolling product (SIMs/SC/Handset) forecasts in line with regional and HQ sales strategy. Conduct regional stores audits and ensure product availability and maintain service level for all sales channels. • Customers Service Center Operation: Under the HQ guidance, region should be responsible for local customer service centers’ daily operation. Boost customers service centers’ revenue and virtual profit and develop CSC becoming local distribution HUB to support agent channel business development. • Local GEO marketing & Synergy with Engineering: To collect, analyze and give priority on local site coverage and capability expansion plan. Periodically meeting with local engineer teams to cooperate each other.
