Worked under the production and engineering department, I was assigned to the Mechanical and Electrical Engineer and mainly involved in projects regarding the maintenance of locomotives, as follows :Modification of Locomotive wheelset ( Standart Gauge to Metre Gauge )•Involved in several main processes including maintenance, repair, and assembly of parts, relocation of knuckle coupler and brake bracket, and modification of wheel and axle.Job scope :•Managed to collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers and industrial designers to design and test Shunting Locomotives.•Performed diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical and electro-mechanical issues of locomotive's part.•Managed to complete the maintenance, repair, and assembly process involving Shunting Locomotive under the supervision of an engineer.•Developed a weekly progress project report to track task status changes for management and clients to stay informed about a project and to change or adjust assignments, schedules, and budgets.•Organized the listing of maintenance parts and equipment for the procurement process and future work overviews.
