Currently working with Stella Technology. Our core focus is on Health Care monitoring system. Providing Health care facility to patients at door step. The system monitor patient daily activities and provide list of actions to be taken, in case of any abnormality, the system will trigger an alert to doctor informing him through Call/SMS.

Worked with World Learning as a IMS Managers and my responsibilities listed below Support the development of a common web-based HRIS using existing open source software that can be customized by provinces to met unique information needs. Pilot the new system, and results from the pilot will lead to improvements in the HRIS before it is rolled out to all provinces and PSEPs. Provide ongoing technical support to DoEs nad PSEPs to review progress, trouble shoot problems, and support use of HRIS data. Facilitate provincial training for DoE planners, analysts, and policy makers focused on using data from the HRIS, reading assessments, evaluations, and research to make decisions and plan education improvement initiatives. Support planners and policy makes to use data for quality decision-making. Assist Policy and System Coordinator to ensure that the Reading Improvement Strategy incorporates data-driven decision-making.

Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverable's and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Produce project estimates during requirements analysis process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc.Attend client meetings during development.Work with clients and Project Managers to build and refine graphic designs for websites.Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients.Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients.Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.Actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development community of the CMS of our choice.
