As an Advocate Supreme Court at the Supreme Court of Pakistan for over 20 years, I have been providing legal advice and representation in complex information technology, intellectual property, and tax cases. I have been involved as lead lawyer in Pakistan's most domestic and international outsourcing deals, as well as in numerous high-profile IP litigation and arbitration proceedings. I have also represented the Federal Board of Revenue in many landmark tax cases in the superior courts of Pakistan.My core competencies include general legal counsel, legal work, and legal project management. I have extensive expertise in protecting and exploiting intellectual property and new media products, as well as in dealing with legal issues related to trademarks, copyrights, privacy and data protection, family law, e-commerce, and the internet. I am also a member of the executive committee of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan, where I contribute to the advancement and promotion of the legal profession and the rule of law in the country.
