1. INSPECTION STRATERGY THROUGH RISK-BASED INSPECTION• Focal for risk assessment for inspection team.• Supervise data management for risk assessment of all static equipment in PETRONAS Chemical Methanol Labuan (PCMLSB) (174 Vessels, 3 Boilers).• Manage to complete probability of failure for 2850 piping for PETRONAS Chemical Methanol Labuan (PCMLSB).• Develop piping circuits, damage mechanism analysis, and inspection plan for piping at PETRONAS Chemical Methanol Labuan (PCMSB) in accordance with PETRONAS Technical Guidelines (PTG).• Perform Equipment Criticality Assessment (ECA Study) to prioritize equipment maintenance and replacement, as well as to determine the level of redundancy and backup systems required.• Develop and implement inspection plans to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.• Collaborate and perform audit with PETRONAS Global Technical Solution (GTS) for RBI Program.• Review and analyze inspection report (visual inspection, NDT) to perform Inspection Confidence Study.• Provide technical assessment and interpretation of corrosion/inspection monitoring data including risk management and failures analysis.• Conduct and facilitate the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) assessment and reviews that includes implementation of Integrity Operating Windows and Design Operating Windows as per API.• Developing corrosion control and management strategies.• Familiar with PRBI by GE RBI software.• Familiar with API, ASME, DIN & AD standards.2.
