Manufacturing attachment: Stamping Shop Project Title: S70 Quality Levelling• Conducted integrated sample limit activity between stamping, body assembly, painting, and trim final for outer stamping parts acceptable defect identification.• 22 defect points had been accepted with no rework required after production at Stamping Shop.• Managed to reduce body hemming line stop frequency to 46.15%.Other task/assignment during attachment:• Participated in internal audit activity for ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environment Management System), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).• Recorded daily production S70 in Excel sheet and transform to information dashboard.• Project Title: ISO 45001 Area of Concern• Identify the expired Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for every chemical that had been used in stamping shop.• Distribute and delegate the person in-charge for 11 safety items required in ISO 45001.• Improved the comprehensive dashboard by adding output per hour, reject item and efficiency.• Developed manual for the executive to record the S70 daily production performance.• Findings: Found 5 outdated safety data sheet from chemical substances supplier during the internal audit preparation.
