Monitored Scrum and Kanban boards and worked with platform leads to ensure that sprints are efficiently planned. Key Projects Citylink Tullamarine Widening: This project will increase traffic capacity, reduce travel times by 16 minutes and improve safety on CityLink and Tullamarine Freeway.➢ Communication and Network Infrastructure upgrade : I coordinated with internal and external teams for upgrade of VicRoads Fibre Optic Network (FON), replacement and installation of new huts and nodes, activation and integration of new rings.➢ System Upgrade : I supervised upgrade of VicRoads systems responsible for network monitoring, incident management, traffic control optimisation, motorway management and maintenance of ITS assets.
