Everinch is a modernist global brand committed to providing alternative luxury to everyday fashion, aiming to disrupt the U.S. market, a new startup under PT Maha Nagari NusantaraMy task was to lead this brand and set it up from the beginning, identify potential sources until achieving product-market fit, and grow and develop this brand.Responsibilities and achievements are as follows:- Developed a grand plan for researching business categories and conducted in-depth market research with 50+ real respondents from various regions in Indonesia.- Prepared a startup roadmap and strategic business plan, created a general strategic timeline for the Y22-Y23 collection of the Everinch brand, and launched new products and seasonal collections.- Led R&D team to develop minimum viable product fashion product lines from vegan leather such as bags categories. backpacks, tote bags, etc.- Created an affordable luxury brand concept and managed digital brand development, brand activation, and brand guidelines.- Planned digital marketing and sales strategies to prepare for the export market. Also, planned operational plans such as supply chain and warehousing.- Built milestones, financial plan, and financial projections for Q1-Q4 Y22. - Analyzed and evaluated the internal business plan to ensure cost-efficiency in operational and investment activities.- Managed and registered intellectual property rights related to the brand name and patents- Handled relationships with supplier and vendor partners.- Hired talent to open and close recruitment for various positions from C-level, manager, and operational employees, and worked with freelancers.- Raised a total of ~USD 35,000 in one round of pre-seed funding.
