Startup Campus is one of the independent study programs organized by the Achmad Zaky Foundation. This program operates under the auspices of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka and is supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). This program is designed for selected students from various universities across Indonesia who are interested in learning digital technology for one semester. The main role of a facilitator is to facilitate the personal development of the students. The job descriptions are:- Create content about self-development topics and share it with the students- Conduct individual or group counseling/consultation for students who need it- Conduct administration such as facilitator report, student evaluation, assessment, and others- Collaborate with mentors to evaluate the progress of the students
