As a QC/QA Officer at Lodan Plant, I'm Responsible for the following:- Supervised 5 QC staff to ensure that the process and final products met the company's specifications by implementing GMP.- Managed and ensured the procurement of QC materials and supplies for analysis needs by creating an annual Capex list.- Ensured that the process of raw material receiving, packaging, and internal calibration of equipment were carried out according to the required procedures, documentation (CoA, Certificate, Halal), and company standards for implementing Quality Management System (GMP, GLP, 5R, Halal, and ISO 9001).- Document control (Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), SOP) to verify manufacturing compliance through qualificationand validation.- Responsible for releasing, holding, or rejecting products by inspecting intermediate and final products.- Responsible for handling internal and external complaints, both domestic and international, and finding the best solution for the complaints.
