- Program and project administration for large and complex change initiatives;- Organizing team meetings, working groups, workshops, stakeholder governance meetings, and associated logistics in global organizations with multi-functional teams and resources dispersed across international time zones;- Production and maintenance of project documents (presentations, status reports, financial reports, RAID, Change Control etc.);- Ensuring documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, actions, and project deliverables;- Support the PM in creating and maintaining detailed Project plans for large and complex projects;- Ensure project adherence to client SDLC and project governance processes;- Documenting meeting actions and minutes, maintaining a central actions logs and proactive follow up on actions to closure;- Assisting Program Managers, Project Managers, and Program PMO by responding to project related queries, reports, status updates, plan maintenance etc.;- Project cost management and control - budget, forecast, actual;- Embed risk awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation;- Expertise in producing high quality documents and presentations with PowerPoint and Excel.

- Building of strategy and constant improvement of customer service process in the company;- Maintenance of customer relationships using such tools as sales CRM Livespace and SMOK;- Taking active part in different IT development processes of the company - problem definition and tracking of projects using Redmine/Jira. Testing of new IT solutions;- Managing of international business development team;- The involvement in the implementation of Agile methodologies in the company in collaboration with the IT division;- Seeking for new business opportunities, negotiations with potential clients and subcontractors in the sphere of international credit management services; closing of new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;- Liaising with customers and partners regarding issue resolution process related to different divisions of company (debt collection, finance, legal assistance, economic analysis); Ensure the primary legal advice to international creditors;- Strategic role: the formation of International Development Department (presently up to 30 % of company income).
