I have a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes for a variety of stakeholders, including large property companies, developers, property funds, financiers, and government. As the General Counsel at Secure Parking, I provide strategic advice and support to the senior management and the board on all legal matters relating to the company's operations, growth, and risk management. I oversee the legal aspects of the company's domestic and international expansion, joint ventures, acquisitions, contracts, compliance, and governance. I also manage the company's external legal counsel and liaise with regulators and industry bodies. My mission is to enable Secure Parking to achieve its vision of being the leading provider of car parking management and technology solutions in Australia and New Zealand.
