Assistant Field Superintendent (Commercial Flooring)
CurrentA position that requires leadership, communication, integrity, teamwork, and drive. Being an assistant field superintendent requires an abundance of communication both with the customer and also within the company between the project managers, warehouse, field employees, and other divisions if a multi-trade job. I am accountable for all of my field employees and the products that we leave to the customer, so it is important for me to constantly visit job sites and solve on-the-spot unforeseen issues that arise. In this position I am required to interview new hires, determine hourly-rate and bonuses, complete job-site inspections and audits to ensure quality and work safety. At the end of the day, I am running a book of business within Jack Laurie Group, and it is up to me to be self-motivated and driven to ensure success for myself, our field-employees, and company.
