As head of the project, I launched operations, achieving self-sustainability within two years and increasing student enrolment fivefold through community building and marketing initiatives.Over the past five years, I've recruited and trained a management team, implementing the Agile framework and a knowledge management system to facilitate growth. My passion lies in creating and conducting teacher professional development programs and coordinating a global network of experts to develop curricula with a student-centred, interdisciplinary approach emphasising transversal skills.
