Paris and New York were the starting point for my incredible adventure in the professional world of the environment, where for eight years I explored the fields of strategy, business development, CSR, and innovation within two of the world's leading environmental companies such as Suez and Veolia. These rich experiences offered me a panoramic view of fascinating and complex environmental issues: access to water, water management, waste treatment, plastic recycling, climate adaptation and mitigation, corporate social responsibility, etc.My interest in climate change topics led me to be part of the publications of White Papers, volunteering in Africa for access to drinking water projects, and giving talks about “Climate change and its impact on water and public health” led by Water Europe and “Climate change and migration” within Cassandra Conference.https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=water+europe+water+and+public+healthhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4_pDILNuRk&t=248sCurrently, I am an entrepreneur :  I am the founder of Fluent&Green with the goal to support organizations in achieving ecological transition and sustainable innovation goals through facilitation techniques.Fluent&Green missions :-Raise awareness of climate change and its impacts on water resources and human activities by facilitating the  “Climate Fresk” and “Water Fresk” for the public and professionals -Support organizations to adapt to climate change through a specific “Adaptation methodology workshop” and the implementation of a CSR strategy-Support organizations to differentiate their business models, services, and products thanks to Design Thinking and Circular Design techniques and finance them through European Funding Programmes. I work internationally, in 4 languages - English, French, but also Italian, and Romanian. Born in Moldova and raised in Italy, my multicultural background enriches my approach.Beyond work, I find joy in reading, dancing, and traveling.
