Sokolov-Sarybai Mining Production Association (SSGPO) JSC is the largest iron ore enterprise in Kazakhstan’s mining industry. Established in 1954 and has around 20,000 employees.Worked on a software part of a project for ore processing control. Integrated widely common computerized system Iskra1256 with IBM based PC for data acquisition and processing information about processed iron pellets in real time. Used Algol, Pascal, Assembler, DOS. The project was successfully implemented. The economic effect of the project was impressively high.
