• Full responsibility for the entire process of recruitment, including the following. Getting in contact with clients, establishing working relationship with clients, identifying and understanding position client needs to fill – hard and soft skills, personal profile; candidates screening, interviewing, assessment, testing, reference checking, arranging for additional testing and background check ins if required; facilitating interviews with clients; providing all necessary information to all the parties during recruitment process • Filling open positions both internal and clients’• Acting as an Account Manager for clients that request recruitment services• HR administration and preparing related documentation: Job Offers, Recruitment Proposals, Recruitment Agreements• Acting as a consultant for internal personnel and clients regarding recruitment and HR activities• Integration of new employees• Participating in networking activities to attract clients
