As a project manager I supervised IT projects developed by the company. My tasks included supervising the teams allocated per each project, monitoring the activities within each project and the achievement of the established goals. I had to make sure the time frame allocated per project/task is realised and, when the case, to propose measures to adjust activities to fit in the assumed time frames and objectives. I also had to report to the management of the company on a weekly / monthly basis about the evolution of each project that I was managing.

I am managing a team of 30 employees. I make sure they attend all the professional seminars, trainings regarding Customer Service and Personal Development. I maintain the relation between the Salon and all the suppliers. I am making the operational orders and stocks.

There were two years for when I have experienced the Beauty of make up. I wasn't all about make up, it was also about forming a team from the beginning, train my team and develop them as Beauty advisers, make them perform as a team so we can perform as a store.

As a catalog associate in Amazon I have developed several skills. One of the mostrelevant is that I have learnt to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting at each situation and developing capabilities of self learning on the job. I worked in a big team, so I also had the opportunity to be a trainer for new employees. My job was to work on different projects. My first project lasted 6 months for Amazon France and it was about creating and fixing web pages on the site. It was very challenging for me and I had good results. I succeeded to overcome my target in less than a month (witch for an entry level employee was a real success). Another project that I loved was to create a data base for English retail sellers and to maintain the post delivery relationship with them.
