1.Project management assistance • Managed different aspects regarding the construction of several large scale projects, ranging from restauration to architectural planning and design. Organised and supervised the implementation of different architectural solutions. Kept contact with producers and businesses. 2.Architectural decision making • Made high-impact architectural decisions as representative of the client (University of Bucharest), that can be seen in several buildings, both which already exist and some which are to start construction in the following years. The main focus was centred around the quality of the implemented solutions. 3.Quick thinking and problem solving • Came up with quick and high-quality solutions in time-sensitive instances. Those solutions had an important impact on the overall quality of the construction process and can be seen after project completion, as they are part of the architectural identity of some of the University of Bucharest’s most valuable buildings. 4.Negotiation • Negotiated both with construction firms and various stakeholders during meetings, in order to reach the best possible outcome and implement solutions of a high standard. 5.Architectural proposals • Came up with various architectural proposals, ranging from interior design to complete and partial renovations of buildings.

1.Architectural planning and design • Took her best project so far, House in TITU, Dâmbovița, through all stages of design, from concept work, to architectural planning, approval for all legal documents, coordination and monitorization of the construction. The project, now finished, is prepared for the second stage of the process, the design of the interior spaces. 2.Interior design • Designed the interior of a small medical office and obtained the legally required approval of the “Direcția de Sănătate Publică”. • Contributed to the design of a hotel room concept in Brașov. 3.Furniture design • Designed the “STANDSTILL” nightstand, displayed at the renowned Romanian Design Week exhibition. 4.Rendering services • Continuously working both in the architectural and the creative field, is capable of creating renders that satisfy all needs. • Provided rendering services portraying houses, blocks of flats, urban spaces, hotels, interiors and so on. • Has her own portfolio of renders that depict dream-like scenarios, inspired by old feelings and nostalgia.

1.Architectural planning and design • Provided architectural planning and design services for multiple projects, ranging from housing projects to social spaces. • Assisted with technical aspects (bill of materials and bill of quantities, coordination between architectural and structural projects, creation of documents needed for project approval, technical brief and so on). 2.Rendering services • Provided high quality image and video rendering services for both interior and exterior projects. 3.Graphic design • Created posters and presentation pamphlets that aided in making projects stand out and be chosen by beneficiaries.
