С февраля 2020 года до декабря 2021 открытие агентства недвижимости (партнерство) и организации его работы в г.Ялта, Крым. Открыт офис компании на центральной Набережной Ялты, организована работа персонала, внедрена CRM система, создана полная визуализация, стандарты работы премиального уровня. С 2022 года и по настоящее время – участие в стартапе по созданию маркетплейса эко-товаров.
