This empowered the customer-facing teams to be independent of product and engineering while supporting customers and allowed the product teams to streamline new feature launches. - Launched standard OpenRTB signals on Magnite’s DV+ platform, such as blocked content categories, structured user agent, and video signals. Designed and ran A/B tests to measure the impact and determine priorities for various types of customers and ad inventory.- Launched a new proprietary signal to identify the inventory more granularly. Designed and managed the A/B tests to determine the optimal feature configuration to maximize publishers' revenue and minimize buyers' costs.- Managed development of the integration of seat management with audience management to automate partner key generation. That removed the need for service requests regarding key generation, enabling the account managers to promptly activate audiences. This, consequently, facilitated a smoother audience product adoption among DV+ customers.- Launched the integrations of the seat management to Magnite’s Finance, CRM, Authentication, Authorization, and Performance Analytics systems to ensure accounts data are consistent across the platform. That reduced the number of account-related incidents by ~120 per year and minimized the customer onboarding time.

    This was a contract with Magnite.- Launched internal tools for managing demand-side customers' API integrations to Magnite's DV+ Ad Exchange platform. The apps enabled customer-facing teams to manage DSP integrations and buyer seats efficiently. They eliminated data inconsistencies across the platform and respective service requests to product and engineering teams. - Launched a process for new bid status implementation on the DV+ exchange, ensuring proper piping between the platform’s components, correct logging, and analytics. That, in turn, enabled executive and account management to see near real-time metrics and therefore make relevant decisions. - Set up a process for maintaining the core platform features knowledge base. That made the solutions engineers autonomous when enabling existing and new platform features and allowed the product team to focus on product development.

    - Launched an internal application (BitLOG) that manages inventory storage, cross-dock, and transport operations for Ukraine’s Auchan retail supply chain and warehouse country-wide. Managed the product development, from an idea to launch, collaborating with a team of 8 engineers and experts using Agile project management. The product has been used until now and keeps evolving. The app shortened the inbound and outbound registration from more than an hour to minutes and reduced long shifts and vehicle wait times to a minimum. - Led activities of multiple departments to launch Meti Supply and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI INVOIC) projects. Ensured the data interchange between the systems, which allowed automation of invoices issue, eliminated double entry, and reduced errors to a minimum. - Set up user support process for warehouse logistics systems in Auchan, Ukraine. That minimized the warehouse downtimes caused by the warehouse management software.- Managed vendor relationships and performed cost-benefit analyses for proposed B2B EDI providers.
