- Launched a new feature in the auction telemetry tool that allowed anyone in the company to catch bids filtered by any OpenRTB attribute in the bid stream. This empowered the customer-facing teams to be independent of product and engineering while supporting customers and allowed the product teams to streamline new feature launches. - Launched standard OpenRTB signals on Magnite’s DV+ platform, such as blocked content categories, structured user agent, and video signals. Designed and ran A/B tests to measure the impact and determine priorities for various types of customers and ad inventory.- Launched a new proprietary signal to identify the inventory more granularly. Designed and managed the A/B tests to determine the optimal feature configuration to maximize publishers' revenue and minimize buyers' costs.- Managed development of the integration of seat management with audience management to automate partner key generation. That removed the need for service requests regarding key generation, enabling the account managers to promptly activate audiences. This, consequently, facilitated a smoother audience product adoption among DV+ customers.- Launched the integrations of the seat management to Magnite’s Finance, CRM, Authentication, Authorization, and Performance Analytics systems to ensure accounts data are consistent across the platform. That reduced the number of account-related incidents by ~120 per year and minimized the customer onboarding time.

This was a contract with Magnite.- Launched internal tools for managing demand-side customers' API integrations to Magnite's DV+ Ad Exchange platform. The apps enabled customer-facing teams to manage DSP integrations and buyer seats efficiently. They eliminated data inconsistencies across the platform and respective service requests to product and engineering teams. - Launched a process for new bid status implementation on the DV+ exchange, ensuring proper piping between the platform’s components, correct logging, and analytics. That, in turn, enabled executive and account management to see near real-time metrics and therefore make relevant decisions. - Set up a process for maintaining the core platform features knowledge base. That made the solutions engineers autonomous when enabling existing and new platform features and allowed the product team to focus on product development.

- Launched an internal application (BitLOG) that manages inventory storage, cross-dock, and transport operations for Ukraine’s Auchan retail supply chain and warehouse country-wide. Managed the product development, from an idea to launch, collaborating with a team of 8 engineers and experts using Agile project management. The product has been used until now and keeps evolving. The app shortened the inbound and outbound registration from more than an hour to minutes and reduced long shifts and vehicle wait times to a minimum. - Led activities of multiple departments to launch Meti Supply and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI INVOIC) projects. Ensured the data interchange between the systems, which allowed automation of invoices issue, eliminated double entry, and reduced errors to a minimum. - Set up user support process for warehouse logistics systems in Auchan, Ukraine. That minimized the warehouse downtimes caused by the warehouse management software.- Managed vendor relationships and performed cost-benefit analyses for proposed B2B EDI providers.

- Launched WMS (1C8.2 Logistics and Warehouse 3.0) for a new customer (Huawei) to support the automation of inventory storage and supply chain processes. Led the product delivery, from SOPs (i.e., requirements and KPIs) negotiations until streamlining post-production support. As a result, the customer could launch their distribution center and logistics operations in the country.- Conducted stakeholder meetings to discuss objectives, obtain feedback, and transform those into system requirements for DuPont and Nike customers. That enabled the their onboarding.- Managed SAP EWM implementation for Nike, including 3P EDI integrations. Organized and conducted user training.

- Launched complete electronic data interchange (9 EDI message types) between DHL WMS and customer's (Johnson&Johnson) ERP. This integration automated the entire cycle of the supply orders, receipts, and inventory reconciliation between the systems, eliminated errors during data entry, and reduced the shipment processing time from hours to minutes.- Managed IT department and Freight business KPIs, including reporting and improvement plan proposals. The IT innovations helped to improve the order pick-up KPI up to 98% and inventory accuracy to 100%.

-Led migration of data, business processes, and EDI flows from legacy WMS Prologs to a new WMS - 1C8.2- Logistics and Warehouse 3.0. That reduced time from a minimum of six months to two weeks and budget by 93% for new customers’ onboarding. Also, that reduced the annual running costs by 20%.- Led an IT infrastructure migration from two warehouses to a new single one. As a result, it reduced the infrastructure costs nearly in half and minimized the downtimes due to IT systems.- Launched ManageEngine Service Desk to support ITIL processes in the company. - Launched WMS (1C8.2-Logistics and warehouse 3.0) for four customers. Led the projects starting from collecting customer requirements until go-live.- Performed software licenses (Microsoft, ABBY, Symantec) transition between legal entities.

- Managed WMS add-on software development for Prologs WMS from business requirements to go live. That enabled the operators to forecast pallet volumes early in the order-picking process.- Developed email scheduled reports, EDI converter, and 20+ printing forms using PL/SQL, VBS, VBA, and Crystal Reports that optimized the business processes and enabled the operations staff to manage the stock and import the orders and receipts into the system.- Implemented business processes for 8+ customers in the warehouse management system. That enabled onboarding the customers' businesses in the country.- Completed infrastructural projects: a new warehouse, WMS servers migration, and backup data lines between three sites. That minimized run costs and downtimes of the IT infrastructure.

- Developed a financial planning tool to help the finance department to plan and monitor the annual plans more efficiently.- Developed a salary reporting tool for accounting. That automated the payslip generation and printing for the organization and shortened the time of payslip preparation from a week to a day.
