I have had the opportunity to navigate various industries as a member of the leadership team of prestigious multinationals and multilatinas, achieving expertise in strategic, commercial and operational roles with strong results, recognition and invaluable human ties. I have assumed roles as Sales and Marketing Lead of B2B and B2C business units, Business Intelligence Regional Manager, Director of Marketing and Customer Experience, among others. Today I am passionate about purposeful leadership, innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development. My inspiration is to grow every day as a person and as a professional. Growing from my perspective is learning continuously to transform our reality and contribute to the world around us. As a professional this means not only business success but also having a clear impact on the society in which we operate. I find that in addition to having skills in commercial strategy, brand building, customer experience, the most important thing has been to have a true connection with the purpose of the organization, to be a team player, to analyze and solve problems reducing losses and conflicts, be an entrepreneur and passionate creator, and most importantly, walk the client's journey with very attentive eyes and ears. One of the greatest satisfactions is also growing and learning with others. Since I was 25 years old, I have had the opportunity to be a team leader and have had wonderful mentors and peers from whom I learned a lot. In my role as a leader I try to identify and empower talents, to make each member of my team feel their work as a personal project that they fully enjoy and leave a mark on their careers. As time goes by, a new generation of young people with new approaches and skills enters, I consider that as a leader it is a great opportunity to learn from them and positively influence them with a participative and dynamic leadership. Today I also celebrate the advantages of the collaborative world in which we live, it is vital to establish alliances with those who share the same commercial and social purposes and goals to achieve a strong impact.
