At Informap RUS, I managed projects and led the quality control department for maps. Our company was involved in creating topographic and navigational maps of various scales in Russia and the Middle East, as well as highly detailed 3D models of cities and regions. In these projects, I managed external contractors, assigned tasks to them, and ensured the quality of the delivered products. I established the quality control department from scratch, including recruiting and training department staff.
